Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulated the product technological process & Production work instruction and engineering documentation .
∎ Set the process parameters of the production equipment and verify the daily validity: & Management and debugging of production equipment;
∎ Implement process guidance and repeatability verification for the developed process,and optimize or improve the process in a timely manner; Check and rectify the hidden trouble of production process & Summary report of new product trial production organization and submission of trial production process and improvement Suggestions;
∎ Responsible for the training and routine work arrangement of the engineering technician & Organize the packaging process research and industrial engineering analysis, prepare the packaging production engineering documents, ensure their rationality, timeliness and effectiveness, and improve production efficiency;
∎ Organize and guide the packaging design, improvement and production management, ensure the reasonable and intact work load and improve the production efficiency; & supervise and coordinate for packaging equipment maintenance and maintenance, to ensure production equipment and facilities in good condition, reduce the equipment failure caused by production pause time, improve the efficiency of equipment;
∎ Coordination of packaging engineering personnel to assist qa and production departments for technical quality abnormal analysis, through process optimization, improve, ensure the quality and efficiency of target, to prevent unqualified repeat, improve the level of quality;
∎ Optimized the layout and optimization of packaging production lines, constantly improved the layout of the production line to meet the requirements of quality and efficiency improvement and the ever-expanding scale of production;
∎ Responsible for the preparation and execution of packaging quality documents and the formulation and implementation of departmental rules and regulation and review of packaging and sealing samples and packaging data.

Salary: Tk. 16000 - 16500 (Monthly)
