Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation, B.S.C, M.S.C, In Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ He would need to be capable of Commissioning the Elevator/Escalator without any hesitation
∎ He would need to be well capable/perform to call back / any electrical the problem of the Elevator/Escalator
∎ He has to be smartly capable to show well behave with the honorable client.
∎ Maintain mechanical equipment, install, repair, and maintain elevators, escalators using hand and power tools, and testing devices such as test lamps, ammeters, and voltmeters.
∎ Locate malfunctions in brakes, motors, switches, and signal and control systems, using test equipment. Locate equipment or materials in need of repair or replacement. Inspect industrial or commercial equipment to ensure proper operation.
∎ Test newly installed equipment to ensure that it meets specifications, such as stopping at floors for set amounts of time. Inspect industrial or commercial equipment to ensure proper operation.
∎ Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of system components, frameworks, and foundations, and to select installation equipment.
∎ Adjust safety controls, counterweights, door mechanisms, and components such as valves, ratchets, seals, and brake linings. Maintain mechanical equipment.
∎ Inspect wiring connections, control panel hookups, door installations, alignments, and clearances of cars and hoistways to ensure that equipment will operate properly. Inspect electrical or electronic systems for defects.
∎ Disassemble defective units, and repair or replace parts such as locks, gears, cables, and electric wiring. Maintain mechanical equipment. Repair electrical equipment.
∎ Maintain log books that detail all repairs and checks performed. Record operational or environmental data.
∎ Operate elevators to determine power demands, and test power consumption to detect overload factors.
∎ Work support mentality as 24X7 for the emergency.
∎ Any Other's duties as when order by Management.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Electrical Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Escalator/ Elevator/ Lift
∎ Strong communication skills (both in English & Bangla).
∎ Analytical skills and leadership capability.
∎ Excellent negotiation skills.
∎ Must be able to operate a computer (MS World/MS-Excel/Power-point)
