Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering
∎ Skills Required: Basic knowledge in AutoCad

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to do basic survey works.
∎ Need to be experienced in follow up contractor & Technician
∎ Able to interpret drawings and implement those at the site accordingly.
∎ The incumbent shall be responsible for all Civil Engineering works and construction works of the project as per the approved drawing & design.
∎ Ensure quality of construction works as per design/plan.
∎ Maintain site observation and monitoring books.
∎ Able to guide subcontractors with the daily work programs.
∎ To prepare construction progress report and submit to concerned authority on time
∎ To check bills of the contractors and coordinate with Accounts & Finance Department to ensure payment accordingly.
∎ To ensure safety & security of man and materials, equipment and other assets of the company allotted for the project.
∎ Traveling from the office to various sites as required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have the ability to work under pressure.
∎ Good leadership & interpersonal skills.

Salary: Negotiable

∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Over time allowance
