Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma/Bachelor Degree (Engineering) from any reputed college/university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring smooth technical POS Support to banks.
∎ Maintaining good relationship with bank officers (ARO).
∎ Report to the line manager regarding contemporary market scenario.
∎ As shared resource, prepare terminals for all banks at required points.
∎ Receiving and returning repaired terminals to the Customer.
∎ Change the SIM of the terminal at merchant end.
∎ Support account managers.
∎ Identify and resolve the reported issues efficiently at client end.
∎ Update line manager regarding the other brands and their new facilities of their POS, performance and market shares.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Experienced candidates in Financial service industry or related field will be prioritized
