Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Electrical/ BSC in EEE from a recognized institute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Routine Checking and Maintenance of Generator, House wiring, HT, LT, PFI SDB, DB, MDB and others Electrical Equipment Problem.
∎ Routine Checking and Maintenance of Sub-station.
∎ Supervision of Fire Fitting equipment’s, CCTV & PA system.
∎ Supervision of HVAC System.(Exam: Chiller, FCU, AHU Pump, Electrical Control Panel, Duct & pipe work etc.)
∎ Supervision of LIFT, Escalator, AVS, Motor, & Motor Control etc.
∎ Supervision of False Ceiling System.
∎ Preparing Utility Bill
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management to fulfill the company requirements time to time.

∎ Computer Experience: MS Office Program, Email, Web browsing.
