Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Electrical Engineering/Electronics

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proper maintenance of all Utilities like Electric sub-station, Generator, Compressor, Fire Detection & Protection system etc.
∎ Proper maintenance of VRF AC & split AC of Factory & Head office.
∎ Maintain all maintenance records according to the ACCORD/RSC requirement.
∎ Ensure all Electrical & Mechanical equipment is operational and maintenance is done as per the standards.
∎ Inspect electrical systems, equipment and components to identity hazards, defects and the need for adjustment or repair.
∎ Manage, Monitor, and ensure efficient and exceptional execution of maintenance work.
∎ Guide team members to inspect, technicians and other staff and provide guidance and feedback.
∎ Adequate knowledge on Garments factory machineries especially sewing machine control circuit repairing & trouble shooting.
∎ Ensure electrical systems are working properly & maintain all electrical wiring as per SLD.
∎ Maintaining Generator and sub station
∎ Maintaining AC services
∎ Purchase Electrical equipment's.
∎ Liaison with DESCO office.
∎ Resolving Electricity supply problems

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): electrical services
∎ Excellent communication skills with strong sense of responsibilities
∎ Must have good management, communication and Technical Skills
∎ Must be smart, self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
∎ Good interpersonal skill with the ability to interact with all levels of people including the office support staffs
