Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical Electronic Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Schedule routine inspection and maintenance of production equipment to prevent equipment breakdowns and malfunctioning.
∎ Ensure maintenance of all plant according to maintenance plan to ensure expected reliability.
∎ Ensure that the key Maintenance documentation is up to date and in place.
∎ Identify and report needs for major repairs to the Management.
∎ Develop and maintain of departmental procedure and processes.
∎ Maintain and monitoring of the maintenance dept. budget and oversee maintenance stockroom/inventory.
∎ Complete all tasks while strictly adhering to all required industry guidelines including but not limited to; Food Safety, Plant Safety, 1st/2nd/3rd party plant audits.
∎ Conduct other Maintenance related projects as assigned.
∎ Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company's policies and applicable state laws.
∎ Establish opportunities for improvement and develop improvement plans with collaboration of effected departments.
∎ Provide technical support to keep the production processes running.
∎ Ensure trouble-shoot mechanical and process control systems as needed to keep the plant running efficiently and effectively.
∎ Provide accurate data when reporting equipment maintenance functions to capture critical maintenance metrics. Works with officers/managers to develop plans to ensure the plant is on track with respect to minimizing downtime by tracking and analyzing standard metrics.
