Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil Construction, Civil Construction works, construction project Management, Construction site

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and execute the construction of the building project, including superstructure, sanitary and plumbing systems, and overall finishing works, in accordance with the provided drawings.
∎ Prepare estimates for structural and finishing works.
∎ Generate bills and manage the Materials and Purchase Requisition (MPR) process.
∎ Receive materials and create Materials Receiving Reports (MRR).
∎ Maintain construction progress and keep track of balance quantities.
∎ Generate daily inventory reports.
∎ Manage the construction workforce efficiently.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.

Salary: Negotiable
