Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 years of working experience for BSc Engineers and 6 to 8 years for Diploma Engineers
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Candidate should have practical experience in Building Construction Works.
∎ Candidate should have experience and strong knowledge in Civil Engineering Specially in Supervision of building finishing works and maintenance works.
∎ Comply with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations.
∎ Monitoring contractor productivity and efficiency to ensure work is completed within established schedules.
∎ Accepting material deliveries and tracking material delivery status.
∎ Prepare Site Materials Estimation, Contractor Bill Checking & Requisition.
∎ Checking the quality of materials & works.
∎ Any other relevant responsibilities assigned by the management
