Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To understand the structural drawing & design and deliver the same to the subordinate construction workers
∎ Having practical worked knowledge on paperwork, procurement, site management, labor management, materials and construction
∎ Must have knowledge of government work billing.
∎ Sound knowledge on e-Gp registration, Tender Submission, Database, Audit Report.
∎ Sound knowledge on civil engineering software (STAAD pro, ETABs, AutoCAD etc)
∎ To prepare of cost budget for execution of the project work after awarding of tender.
∎ To prepare detail estimation of material for the construction items for project implementation.
∎ To supervise the on-going construction works
∎ To check the quality & quantity of the raw materials
∎ To supervise the regulatory guidance for construction
∎ To Assist and ensure the support services of the construction workers as well as contractors.
∎ To ensure the supply and proper uses of construction materials at site.
∎ To manage internal and external stakeholders
∎ Perform any other related jobs assigned by the management as and when required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Auto CAD 2D 3D, EGP Tendering Expert
