Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Civil in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Civil Construction, Construction sector, Documentation, epoxy, ESTIMATE, Job Analysis & Manpower Planning, Project Planning
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare project planning & budgeting
∎ Requisition of material, tools & equipment as per site requirement
∎ To maintain office documentation & submit daily, weekly report to project manager
∎ Coordinate with site engineer & store keeper for material, tools & equipment update
∎ Money requisition for project site, bill checking & bill preparation.
∎ Coordinate with client & visit the project site time to time.
∎ To supervise the manpower to execute PU/Epoxy flooring & Water Proofing solution work
∎ Material & tools requisition as per site requirement
∎ Frequently site visit as per requirement anywhere in Bangladesh
∎ Communicate with client & provide technical support
∎ Requisition of manpower based on the site requirement
∎ Daily & weekly report to project engineer
∎ At actual Site measurement after completion of works
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Computer Skill in MS Office
∎ Good communication skills
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ We are willing to give a smart salary if you deserve it. Every six month salary will be review for increase according to your performance.
