Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare necessary drawing, design, BOQ,Estimation, specifications, and budget of works
∎ Capable of performing all types of documentation like billing, rate analysis corresponding, checking drawing and bills etc.
∎ Implement technical evaluation of offers to select suitable contractors
∎ Coordinate with consultant, designers, contractors & different service providers
∎ Plan, supervise, execute & follow-up procurement of materials for works at site
∎ Capable to run/supervise civil construction part of project site.
∎ Capable to supervise Maintenance work.
∎ Day to Day report/Updating to Head of Construction
∎ To do work orders and other documentation job
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering (From reputed Universities)
∎ Minimum 7-8 years.
∎ Well conversant in AutoCAD, MS Office
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Applicant must have excellent planning & execution abilities as well as strong quantitative & qualitative analytical skills
∎ Capable to work in a team and in shifting environment
