Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Overseeing construction projects to ensure sustainability and compliance with regulatory standards.
∎ Prepare cost estimates of materials, equipment, and labor for project purposes.
∎ Supervise a large number of laborers and subcontractors.
∎ Maintain high-quality work within scheduled timelines.
∎ Proficient in AutoCAD 2D.
∎ Possess strong computer skills, especially in MS Office packages.
∎ Capable of preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for construction projects.
∎ Plan and review potential site safety issues.
∎ Implement measures to control wastage at construction sites.
∎ Perform bill checking, budgeting, and report submission tasks.
∎ Undertake any other tasks assigned by top management.
