∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Estimating civil & steel cost of a project including design.
∎ Preparation of running bills and negotiating with the client.
∎ Monitoring working updates and informing the concerns.
∎ Preparing bill of quantity for projects.
∎ Taking practical measurements from site.
∎ Preparing proposal drawing of steel structure based on AUTO CAD.
∎ Visiting Working site time to time.
∎ Ready to do hard works.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have knowledge of excellent approach towards Client, Price estimating & Planning.
∎ Should have knowledge in Industrial building, power plant & high-rise building.
∎ Able to work in under pressure & self-motivated.
∎ Honest, dynamic & disciplined.
∎ Candidate should have adequate proficiency in English
