Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
∎ Candidates with M.Sc. from reputed universities will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil Engineering, Engineering lab, Laboratory testing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understanding and implementation of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO
∎ 17025:2017 in the daily laboratory activities.
∎ Assisting Technical Manager to maintain and control the technical
∎ operations.
∎ Supervise lab technicians and check test activities to make sure
∎ tests are done as per standard.
∎ Study to implement new standard and make comparison between them to adopt new standards in laboratory.
∎ Work for research and development for internal development.
∎ Perform test verification and validation of test method as required.
∎ Keep update of the tests and ensure the completion of tests within
∎ the deadline provided.
∎ Control and calibrate lab apparatus as required.
∎ Trouble shoot laboratory issues.
∎ Research paper/Journal paper publications based on laboratory
∎ work.
∎ Perform any other job assigned by the management from time to time

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience of working as TA/GRA
∎ Must be Interested in research oriented work
∎ Experience of working in any material testing laboratories will be an advantage.
∎ Should have strong communication, persuasion and presentation skills, both written and oral for English & Bangla.
∎ Sound in analysis & critical reasoning
∎ Skilled in MS Excel.
