Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ B.Sc in Engineering.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 9 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sourcing, visiting, and evaluation of potential suppliers & communicating with suppliers and negotiating the best prices
∎ Purchase general items such as textile & garments machine parts, stationary items, construction materials, furniture & fixtures, spare parts, equipment's such as generator, lift, compressor, kitchen equipment, printing materials, mechanical, civil goods, transformer, various electric panels etc.
∎ Procuring right products within the given time period and ensuring timely delivery at right place as per the requisition
∎ Tracking the order and ensure timely delivery
∎ Prepare work order for suppliers according to approved quotations and issue the work order to the selected supplier(s) accordingly
∎ Forwarding all invoices to Accounts and Finance Department along with delivery Chalan/ approved requisition, comparative statement (CS) and any other relevant documents (if any) payments
∎ Ensure the local sourcing, price negotiation, price finalization, negotiation of other terms & conditions and deal finalizing and issuance of purchase order
∎ Define performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of supply chain factors, such as product cost or quality.
∎ Meet with suppliers to discuss performance metrics, to provide performance feedback, or to discuss production forecasts or changes.
∎ Follow up, checking the L/C and give final consent to Commercial Dept. to transmit the L/C.
∎ Monitor supplier performance to assess ability to meet quality and delivery requirements.
∎ Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, engineering, and quality assurance, to identify or qualify new suppliers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced working with Supply Chain Management software.
∎ Good leader with proactive thinking & problem-solving attitude.
∎ Good team player with excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to achieve the target within short lead time.
