Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Pharm / MBBS from any reputed university with good academic record
∎ An MBA degree from any reputed university will be considered as an additional advantage

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Development of business strategies to ensure sustainable and profitable business of assigned portfolio
∎ Development of yearly sales forecast and promotional plan of assigned portfolio
∎ Development of future plan to explore business
∎ Monitoring & coordination with sales team activities to achieve given Rx & sales target of assigned portfolio
∎ Monitoring & evaluation of activities of employees working under his/her supervision

Additional Requirements:
∎ Have to do extensive tour at different parts of Bangladesh
∎ Ability to work as a team member & work under pressure
∎ Job Experiences
∎ Minimum 4 to 5 years' experience in looking after cardiac/ anti diabetic products in a reputed pharmaceuticals company
