Commercial/ Export-Import, Freight Forwarding
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Freight forwarding
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be experienced Gas & Oil Project handling:
∎ Booking update to Agent for Approval.
∎ Update to concern desk for SO Release
∎ Carrier Booking with Space follow up
∎ Stuffing plan update to CFS
∎ Follow up with CFS & Carrier until stuffing (based on approval)
∎ Rate collection from various shipping line & update to overseas agents
∎ Co-ordinate with Team & HOD for any shipment report/complex issue.
∎ Assign new A/C as & when needed.
∎ Authorize invoice, Voucher
∎ Other assigned work by the superior as and when required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Must be experienced to handle OIL & Gas queries/project with experienced to handle operation
∎ At least 3 years of experience with fair understanding Ocean freight Customer Service as well as Documentation
∎ Excellent Oral & Written communication skill in English
∎ Good leadership quality
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Sound working experience of ERP Solution (Freight Forwarding) software
Salary: Negotiable
