Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attend customers inquires promptly and professionally reviews customer contract requirements, follows documented work instructions for necessary information before processing, and contacts customer.
∎ Be able to correspondence with foreign nominated customers independently to meet service expectations of customers

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Minimum 4 years' experience in supply chain management /Freight forwarding company.
∎ Enable to handle foreign customer directly.
∎ Excellent communication skill in English both writing and speaking.
∎ Good interpersonal skill Good IT knowledge with email corresponding Skill
