∎ Excellent Communication (error-free, accent-free verbal and written with good body language) skills.
∎ Willingness to work at community level and extensive travel.
Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist to organize and mobilize community for outreach services.
∎ Coordinate with team members and volunteers to facilitate the community mobilization.
∎ Communicate with local administrator and government offices.
∎ Reach out to community people and create awareness among them about the eye care and our initiatives.
∎ Identify people whom needed eye refraction and further support for treatment.
∎ Assist to ensure smooth camp operation (i.e. Patient registration, preliminary vision test, preliminary exam by doctors, eye pressure & duct test, refraction, final exam by senior doctors, help and support cataract patient advised for surgery, help patients referred for special treatment, admission & transportation of cataract surgery patient etc).
∎ Ensure announcement from school, college, mosque and other social institutes to spread the message of our activity.
∎ Ensure banner and leaflet distribution.
∎ Other relevant assignment by management.

∎ Assistant Community Mobilizer
∎ Major Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to organize and mobilize community for outreach services.
∎ Coordinate with team members and volunteers to facilitate the community mobilization.
