Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from a reputed university.

Job Context:
∎ The organization requires an energetic, smart, dynamic, and hard-working person with the ability to develop building models, rendering, prepare working drawings, compiling reports for different clients. He/She should be able to work alongside various professionals and create work schedules that meet deadlines, preparing presentations, business plans, marketing plans, execution plans, etc.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka but need to travel as required for the business.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop concept and detailed designs & drawings for both Interior and Exterior work.
∎ Prepare and develop Architectural layouts, elevations, cross-sections, etc. in compliance with all architectural guidelines and standards.
∎ Maintain all architectural drawings, plans, client specifications, and survey notes in an organized manner.
∎ Knowledge in drafting Drawing and Estimation.
∎ Should have rich design understanding and sufficient knowledge of raw material used.
∎ Highly skilled in Sketch-up, 3D Studio Max, Auto CAD 2D, 3D, Photoshop, Graphics for preparing detailed interior and architectural models with V-Ray or Lumion rendering.
∎ Assist and support the engineering team in execution of architectural processes and issues.
∎ Coordinate with clients regarding design-related issues through meetings.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 3D Visualization, 3D Studio Max, Lumion, SketchUp, V-Ray, Architecture, Auto CAD Designing, Drafting, Interior Design, Microsoft Office, Photoshop etc.
