Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Location: Shoyod Mongil (Ghoroyar Mor Right side),E/9,Main Road,Eastern Housing,2nd Phase,Pallabi,Dhaka-1216Prepare architecturally and Interior Designer Concept, Plan, Elevation, and Section, with Detail Working drawing. Excellent graphical representation skills. Good 3D visualization and rendering skills. Innovative and skilled in design development. Develop concepts and detailed designs and drawings. Periodic supervision of ongoing work. Coordinate with other departments. Drafting the drawings as required. Can work under pressure. Prepare detailed working design & specifications from start to finish. Skilled in Auto Cad 2D, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, and Photoshop. A candidate who knows Sketch up & Lumion will get preference. Research and gather information on material and product sourcing. Vast knowledge in FAR (Floor Area Ratio) calculation. RAJUK / CDA Drawings preparation. Experienced in hotel/project/apartment/housing will get a special preference
