∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Prepare & modify drawing, Interior and Exterior Design concept, plan, elevation, 3D Visualization.
∎ To Visit project site and supervision of working progress.
∎ To Negotiate and meeting with nominated consulting firms and coordination with external consultant.
∎ To ensure material specification.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ Proper knowledge of RAJUK rules.
∎ Clear understanding of project process.
∎ Sound Knowledge in Modern Interior and Exterior Design
∎ Must have ability to provide solution on the constraints of space and bugged
∎ Must have proper knowledge on interior materials
∎ Software Skill: AutoCad/Revit, Sketchup/3D Max /Maya, V-Ray
∎ Basic Software Skill: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
∎ Team work and ability to work under pressure.
