∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from any reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 3d Visualization, AutoCAD, Drafting, Exterior Design, Interior Design, SketchUp, V Ray Render
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Interior and Architecture Design concept, plan, elevation, Detail Working drawing, 3D Visualization.
∎ Visit project site and supervision of working progress.
∎ Negotiate and meeting with nominated consulting firms for designing the project
∎ To ensure material specification

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 28 years
∎ Proper knowledge of RAJUK rules.
∎ Clear understanding of project process.
∎ Sound Knowledge in Modern Interior and Exterior Design
∎ Must have ability to provide solution on the constraints of space
∎ Must have proper knowledge on interior materials
∎ Software Skill: AutoCad/Revit, Sketchup/3D Max /Maya, V-Ray
∎ Basic Software Skill: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
∎ Team work and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Both Male & Female are encouraged to apply
