Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to Design & Execute Interior Project Independently
∎ Ability to provide elegant and efficient design solutions
∎ Excellent oral and written communication

∎ Effective interpersonal skills and collaborative management style to include teamwork and team building ability
∎ Technically creative and open-minded
∎ Visit the site and negotiate with contractors, resolving any problems that may arise during construction
∎ Oversee the architectural process from initial design to the completion of construction
∎ Manage the project team to ensure that client specifications and expectations are fulfilled
∎ Maintain project files, including correspondence, drawings, and material samples
∎ Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, clients, and client representatives to determine project scope and achieve successful project construction
∎ Attend meetings with owners, clients as needed
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 3+ years of experience on Architectural design with a variety of projects /Space Interior Design
∎ Understanding and knowledge of building codes, Interior Knowledge, Interior Product Price, Budgeting, building construction, building systems and site requirements
∎ Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp,3D max/Lumion/V-ray, Photoshop, Illustrator, Video Editing, and Microsoft Office suite.
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:

∎ Site Visit Transportation Cost.
