Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Pharmaceutical Sales
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure timely reporting by himself and his team member.
∎ Received daily work plan and give inputs if need.
∎ Ensure team members work as per plan.
∎ Monitoring the prescription.
∎ Daily doctors visit with MIO's and if needed then alone.
∎ Prepare a plan to achieve product and value wise sales target.
∎ Monitor product wise and value wise achievement in each MIO with a plan and guide them towards achievement.
∎ Best utilization of resources (MIO, Promo materials, time, motor bike, doctor's special support etc).
∎ Collect information from the market about-doctors, chemist, competitors' activities.and others
∎ Try to find out new avenues and opportunity from the market (New prescriber uncovered areas, snatch competitors share etc).
∎ Develop to his team members as a future leaders.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must bring hard copy of CV with NID photocopy and academic certificates photocopy.
∎ Bring Motorcycle Driving License.
∎ Must bring Previous companies clearance certificate.
∎ Willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh (Except Home Town)
Salary:
