∎ B.Sc./ M.Sc. (Biological Science is Preferred)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ This position is responsible for supervising and monitoring Medical Promotion Officers (MPOs)
∎ Execute strategies to increase sales and achieve sales target
∎ On the job training to MPOS
∎ Preparing daily/weekly sales plan and prescription target for each team members
∎ Evaluate performance of MPOS on regular basis & take necessary measures.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 38 years
∎ Minimum 4 years of experience in pharmaceuticals sales and 1-2 years of experience in supervisor/ similar position
