∎ Need to take the full responsibility of a territory to achieve sales target & coordinate the full team.
∎ Train up sub ordinate to increase Sales
∎ To be a very good Team Leader
∎ Successful Team Leader will have the opportunities to be promoted to the Higher level of the team
