Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leading sales team (MBE/ Sr. MBE) to achieve sales and prescription target
∎ Responsible for overall planning, promotion and sales activities for own and team members
∎ Frequent visit to Doctors and Chemists for best output of prescription and according sales generation.
∎ Find out areas of improvement for team members, train them, coach and motivate them accordingly
∎ Build team members as self-motivated, self-starter and high-energy team player
∎ To ensure proper utilization of resources by individual team member
