∎ Diploma in Architecture from a recognized university
∎ Training/Trade Course: Auto CAD, Design and drawing, Furniture design
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Experience in home interior
∎ Capable of preparing details measurement, Drawing, Detailing of lay-out plan, design with Auto-CAD presentation/3D preparation as per requirements of the Project/Factory.
∎ Keeping a record of project/Factory documents properly.
∎ Experience in Developments costing, analysis and budgeting for interior Project.
∎ Giving assistance & co-ordination with the Project Engineer & concerned person.
∎ Maintain correspondence with External Architectural Firms.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Tall & Smart, Young & Energetic
∎ Must be skilled in English writing & spoken
∎ Must have good skill in computer literacy
∎ Must have good communication and interpersonal skill with pleasant personality
∎ Have at least 5 (Five) years' experience in Residential, Commercial & Interior- Exterior design
∎ Must be dedicated, self-motivated, proactive, energetic & communication ability.
∎ Proper knowledge of operate Graphics design, Auto-CAD etc.
∎ Jashore, Khulna, North Bengal Candidate are preferable
Salary: Negotiable
