∎ B.Sc in Architectural Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing architecture plans, specifications, Rajuk/Powroshova sheet prepare & others.
∎ Providing all kinds of plan, elevation, detailed drawing, working drawing, specification & 3D presentation.
∎ BOQ preparation (material estimation, cost estimation, price quotation).
∎ Regularly report and appraise to the authority about progress.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ The applicant should have 7-10 years working experience as architectural building designer in any Architectural farm, Consulting farm or Development Agency.
∎ Sound knowledge in Modern Architectural Design & Drawing.
∎ The applicant should have experience in the following areas: 2D, 3D, Studio Max.
∎ Preferred experience in Auto CAD, 3D Studio Max, V-Ray, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw & MS Office.
∎ Advanced creativity in visualization Of interior designs & Drawing.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on all necessary visualization software designing Multistoried Hospital, Residence, Hospital & Commercial space, Resort etc
∎ Age relaxation maybe permitted if candidate posses any spacilization
Salary:
∎ Attractive salary with other fringe benefits will be offered best in the industry but expected salary should mention in the application.
