∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
∎ Fesh graduates having knowledge on the above requirements are highly encouraged to apply confidently.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning in designing exterior & interior
∎ Design HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting and fire protection systems
∎ Understand building plans, prototypes, structures are operating safely, efficiently, and reliably
∎ Produce diagrams of building plans by manual hand drafting or with the aid of CAD software
∎ Research to identify recent trends and developments in architectural engineering
∎ Assess the item-wise cost involvement on the basis of architectural, structural & interior drawing and specifications
∎ Reading, interpreting, and explaining complex technical documents
Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge of Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC) Bidhimala
∎ Good to have membership of Institute of Architects Bangladesh (IAB)
∎ Knowledge of exterior & interior designing
∎ Good in Auto CAD software, 2D & 3D Designs and Sketch Up
∎ Good to have interest in 3D mobile games environment and character making
∎ Nice to have knowledge of Architectural Rendering, Computer-Aided Design (CAD), Computer Processing, Model Making and Revit
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 22000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Attendance Bonus BDT 3000 per month
