∎ Skills Required: 3D Studio MAX with VRay Render, Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator, Auto CAD 2D 3D, LUMION, MICROSOFT OFFICE, SketchUp, VRAY

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Architecture, Auto CAD Designing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Architect must have strong capability on Residence Design, Office Design, Resort design, Retail Shop Design, Restaurant Design, Pavilion Design with full working drawing.
∎ Preparing project brief, conceptual design of various types of projects and work with other team members to prepare the architectural construction drawings and documents..
∎ To prepare 3D visualization as per the Instruction of Team Leader Architect.
∎ Creating design and working drawing by computer-aided design (Sketch up, Auto CAD, 3D Studio MAX with V-Ray Render, Photoshop and other)
∎ Sound Knowledge in Modern Interior & Exterior Design concept.
∎ Any Other Design related duties assigned by Management.
