∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Architectural Design and Interior Design Concept, Plan, Elevation, and Section, with Detail Working drawing 3D Visualization and client meeting/Presentation, Site Monitor & Supervise.
∎ Controlling projects from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design.
∎ Creating designs and working drawing by computer-aided design
∎ Auto CAD
∎ Sketch-up with Landscape Animation
∎ 3D Studio MAX with V-Ray Render
∎ Interior Design
∎ Photoshop
∎ RAJUK Drawing expert
∎ Report writing with neat formatting presentation skills.
∎ Building regulation requirements
∎ Detail Technical Drawings.
∎ Agendas, run design team/site meetings, write minutes, productive site visits recording quality and progress.
∎ Managing programmers, critical paths/pinch points/looking ahead and key documentation
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years

∎ Expertise on INTERIOR DESIGN of Corporate Office, Hospital, 3-star/5-star Hotel, Eco Resort, Brand Shop etc.
