Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct research to understand market trends, customer needs and competitor products
∎ Regular communication with customers & maintain call report of customers
∎ Engage with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and specifications
∎ Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyze product requirements, ensuring alignment with customer expectations
∎ Maintain detailed records of product and material specifications, testing results, and client communication
∎ Identify and address any issues related to product or material selection promptly.
∎ Follow up the project personnel, attend project follow up meeting & be informed about project progression
∎ Ensure that product selection and material choices align with project timelines
∎ Stay informed about new materials and technologies in the market
∎ Any other task assigned by Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Clear understanding of project work process
∎ Sound knowledge in costing
∎ Must have ability to provide solution on the constraints of space
∎ Must have proper knowledge on interior materials
∎ Basic Software Skill: Auto CAD, 3D, Sketch Up, V Ray
∎ Team work and ability to work under pressure
