Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conceptual Design: Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into creative and functional architectural concepts.
∎ Design Development: Develop detailed architectural plans and blueprints, ensuring they meet all regulatory and safety standards.
∎ Project Management: Oversee and manage projects from conception to completion, including coordinating with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
∎ Technical Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate sustainable and energy-efficient design solutions.
∎ Client Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, keeping them informed about project progress and addressing any concerns or changes.
∎ Budget and Resource Management: Manage project budgets and resources effectively to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
∎ Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure the highest standards in design and construction.
∎ Team Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including interior designers, landscape architects, and structural engineers, to deliver comprehensive solutions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
∎ Proficiency in architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
∎ Strong project management skills.
