Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the architectural design process for projects, including conceptualization, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.
∎ Develop innovative and practical design solutions that meet project requirements, adhere to industry standards, and align with organization's design principles.
∎ Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to integrate architectural plans into the overall project development process.
∎ Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information, evaluate existing conditions, and ensure compliance with design specifications and local building codes.
∎ Prepare and review architectural drawings, renderings, and specifications, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to project requirements.
∎ Coordinate with external consultants, including structural engineers, MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) engineers, and landscape architects, to ensure design coordination and integration.
∎ Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in architectural design and construction to incorporate innovative and sustainable solutions into projects.
∎ Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and designers, fostering a collaborative and professional work environment.
∎ Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
∎ Monitor project progress, identify design-related issues or challenges, and provide timely solutions and recommendations to ensure successful project delivery
