Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor or Master's Degree of Architecture with good academic records from BUET/KUET/CUET/RUET/AUST/BRAC/MIST/NSU/UAP.
∎ IAB membership shall have preference.
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering or Diploma Architect.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Architectural Design, Plan, detail working drawing ,3D visualization, site monitoring & supervision of architectural works as per design.
∎ Team work with consultants and In-house Architects, Civil Engineers & maintain the co-ordination between architectural and engineering team.
∎ Should have the quality to work with a design team or any other works assigned by the management.
∎ Prepare detail working drawings of interior design of different type of buildings.
∎ Perform any other tasks, Periodic supervision etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s) for Bachelor or Master degree holder
∎ IAB membership shall have preference.
∎ 3 to 5 year(s) for diploma Civil Engineer/Architect.
∎ Age 25 to 35 years for Graduate Architect.
∎ Age 24 to 30 years for Diploma civil and diploma Architect.
∎ Computer Literacy: MS Office (Excel/Word/Power Point), Auto CAD, Sketch up/3-D Max,Lumion and other related software to prepare 3-D & other presentation.
∎ Sufficient & adequate technical knowledge.
∎ Excellent communication skill
∎ Smooth manpower handling- people's person.
∎ Extreme Data, report & presentation skill.
∎ 24/7 work mood attitude & mentality.
∎ Multitasking- ability to handle multiple tasks & projects before the deadline.
∎ Ownership mentality & by born leadership attitude.
