Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare architectural and interior concept design and / or 3D perspective design of specific projects.
∎ Review architectural plan, elevation, and details of the drawing on the basis of rules and standard (current) of RAJUK and / or relevant regulatory authorities.
∎ Execute project coordination and supervision during project implementation.
∎ Coordinate with different local and foreign consultants, vendors and all projects related stakeholders.
∎ Prepare design options as per project requirement in coordination with the higher authority.
∎ Responsible for surveying project sites, analysis and strategic planning of projects.
∎ Responsible for taking feedback from the subordinate architects about progress of projects and mentoring them to enhance their professional development and increase efficiency.
∎ Perform other duties assigned by management as and when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The candidate must be a full member of IAB and RAJUK.
∎ Experience in hospital building and / or commercial building project is highly preferable.
∎ Must have the knowledge to work with MS Office and Auto CAD.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
∎ Must have good communication skills (written and spoken) in both Bengali and English.
