Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and present innovative architectural designs for residential and commercial projects
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and interior designers, to ensure cohesive project execution
∎ Create detailed working drawings, specifications, and 3D models using industry-standard software
∎ Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and sustainable design practices
∎ Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements
∎ Participate in client meetings to understand project requirements and present design proposals
∎ Must be innovative in both interior & exterior design ideas.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project engineers, sourcing team and other internal and external stakeholders, to ensure smooth and on time project execution
∎ Regular on-going project site visit to follow the standards
∎ Any other assigned works as per company requirements
