Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Architecture from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Be a part of young and energetic team of architects.
∎ Candidate must be a proficient
∎ - AutoCAD for drafting.
∎ - Expertise in 3D modeling
∎ - Rendering with software like (Sketch up / v-ray / Lumion / Revit etc.)
∎ - PowerPoint presentation.
∎ - Graphics presentation
∎ Candidate must possess a good understanding of Interior & Exterior Design
∎ to perform any other responsibilities assigned by Principal Architect.
∎ Coordination and communication with clients, consultant, contactor, vendor and suppliers.
∎ Understand and produce working drawing/ detail drawings as per IMARAT NIRMAN BIDHIMALA, DAP, BNBC & other relative departmental regulations.
∎ Candidate must be capable to Preparing budget and project time schedule.
∎ Site supervision.
∎ Model making
∎ Architectural photography
Additional Requirements:
∎ River & Rain. Is currently seeking an Architect with good design, technical skills and 3-5 years of experience. The right candidate will be highly motivated, detail oriented, and will have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in 3D modeling, architectural visualization is required.
∎ Skill:
∎ Good sketch quality.
∎ Good skill in AutoCAD,
∎ Good skill in SketchUp / Revit / 3ds Max modelling, v-ray, Lumion, Photoshop, Illustrator, animation, video editing, PowerPoint, Excel and MS word.
∎ Architectural visualization
∎ Good knowledge in construction and finishing material.
∎ Client meeting & presentation.
∎ Good graphic design skills.
∎ Photography.
