Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be a creative and innovative Individual.
∎ Prepare & develop the design, drawing, drafting, for architectural & Interior Design Works.
∎ Should be skilled and have strong knowledge of using Auto Cad, Sketch up, Lumion, V-Ray Render, Illustrator, Photoshop, Revit, etc. for creating various designs, drawings, 2D & 3D models.
∎ Responsible for supervising assigned projects to ensure the highest standard and quality.
∎ Meeting with clients, understanding their requirements, and achieve client satisfaction is a must.
∎ Visit construction sites on a regular basis as per requirement, and coordinate with other departments to execute the project works.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be energetic & target-oriented.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must have good design sense & 3D perception for architectural projects.
∎ Must have sound knowledge in detailing different parts of the design.
∎ Must be skilled in presentations, graphical presentations, BOQ, project management & coordination.
∎ Ability to work in a team
Salary: Negotiable
