∎ Member of Architecture Association (IAB).

∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Co-ordination with the entire Team that is involved in the Project.
∎ Responsible to complete Project work within the schedule as per targets set by the management.
∎ Capable of preparing Detail Measurement, Working Drawing, Interior Designing & Detailing of Layout plans, Sections, Elevations, Auto CAD presentation (Drafting), 2D preparation, Sketch-Up, 3D Studio Max, V-RAY rendering, Maya, 3D visualization and Animation, Lumion, Photoshop, Illustrator as per requirements of the Project.
∎ Monitor & supervise all the architectural issues.
∎ Work closely with Drawing Design, Specification & Estimate (BOQ), Supply Chain, Committee & Accounts Department.
∎ Perform any other jobs assigned by the management.
∎ Prepare BOQ & Specification as per design-drawing.
∎ Maintain correspondence with Contractor & Consultant farm.
∎ Excellent knowledge on Interior Materials.
∎ Prepare technical proposal and method statement as required.
∎ Visit RAJUK office for design related issues if needed.
∎ Confirm adherence to construction specifications and safety standards by monitoring project progress; inspecting construction site related with electro-mechanical work; verifying calculations and placements.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Preference will be given to interested candidates involved in hospital interior design & 3d animation work.
∎ Age maximum 35 years.
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ Sound Knowledge in Modern Design & Drawing.
∎ Team player and creative problem solver.
∎ Excellent proficiency in MS-Word, Excel, MS-Project, Auto CAD and Architectural related software.
∎ Good interpersonal skills, excellent teamwork, coordination & proactive attitude, especially with Management & Site Office.
∎ Should have Behavioral skills on Time Management, Communication, Creativity, Interpersonal Relationship, Professional and Positive Attitude.
∎ Should work well in team oriented, fast-paced environment and have experience in the field job.
∎ Should be independently motivated and schedule-driven with a proven history of successful coordination and meeting deadlines and have a flexible schedule.
∎ Sound Knowledge on Imarat Nirman Bidhimala and Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC).
∎ Liaison with RAJUK and all other related organizations for approval of building plans, obtaining NOC/Clearances and Occupancy Certificates, etc.
∎ Smart, Energetic and Hardworking.
∎ Plans information architecture by studying the site concept, strategy and target audience; envisioning architectural scheme, information structure and features, functionality and user-interface design; creating user scenarios, preparing data models, designing information structure, work and dataflow, conducting creative meetings.
∎ Flexible and mature approach with ability to work unsupervised.
