Responsibilities & Context:
∎ RE OR DE. is one of the leading companies in the interior design firm of Bangladesh. We are looking for a smart, intelligent and career-oriented person for the post of "Architect".
∎ Job Location: Kazipara, Mirpur, Dhaka.
∎ 1. Sound Knowledge in Modern Interior Design & Drawing.
∎ 2.Good observational skills and ability to recreate 3D models High-Level knowledge of lighting, shadows, interior & textures.
∎ 3.Site visit & measurements.
∎ 4.Capable of preparing creative Layout Plans by Auto CAD and 3D designs by Sketch, 3D MAX, Vary Photoshop, etc.
∎ 5.Drawing preparation as per the requirement with project visit.
∎ 6.Meet clients to present proposed designs.Have to be resourceful and creative problem solver.
∎ 7.Have to good knowledge of wastage control project & production.
∎ 8.To complete project in time co-ordination & follow-up.
∎ 9.Make sure handover project quality & client satisfaction.
∎ 10.Project Pre-cost budget & actual report
∎ 11.Candidates have to maintain project report (Daily, Weekly and Monthly).
∎ 12.Must be punctual in discharging duties and responsibilities.
