Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Exhibit a strong sense of space management, leading the interior design process while ensuring that the project’s vision aligns with client needs, budget, and sustainability goals.
∎ Develop initial design concepts, mood boards, and visual aesthetics for new interiors or renovations, ensuring a unique and innovative approach to each project.
∎ Produce, review, and refine architectural drawings, plans, and 3D models using industry-standard tools (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, etc.).
∎ Introduce creative and functional design solutions that balance aesthetic appeal with environmental and practical requirements.
∎ Mentor and guide junior architects and other team members, providing direction and support throughout the design and execution phases.
∎ Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality or design integrity.
∎ Conduct client meetings, visit project sites, and collaborate closely with the CRM department to discuss project requirements, updates, and ensure smooth communication.
