Job Context:
∎ Profile Limited, Architects & Engineers is an architectural and engineering consulting firm based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Established in 1996, Profile Limited provides one-stop architectural and engineering services to builders, developers, homeowners, and real estate entrepreneurs.
∎ We are now looking for a dynamic energetic and creative architect & interior designer to our team who can contribute to growth business. He will be responsible for designing new buildings, extensions, renovations, interior design and restorations, ensuring they meet client requirements and align with sustainability principles.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into creative and functional architectural concepts.
∎ Expertise in architectural design, software development, and integration.
∎ Oversee and manage projects from conception to completion, including coordinating with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
∎ Knowledge of engineering principles and building codes and regulations.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate sustainable and energy-efficient design solutions.
∎ To prepare design & working drawings of Interior, Exterior & Landscaping projects.
∎ The candidate must have the responsibility of Full projects. From the starting part to End part, maximum responsibilities will go to the candidate.
∎ Client meeting, Design part, Project execution, Site monitoring this part of job will be his/her responsibility.
∎ Manage project budgets and resources effectively to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
∎ Expert in presentation skills. Sufficient knowledge about interior, Exterior & landscaping design is necessary.
∎ Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including interior designers, landscape architects, and structural engineers, to deliver comprehensive solutions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Preferred Professional Membership: IEB Membership is preferred.
∎ Proficient in preparing Detailed Measurements, Working Drawings, Interior Designs, and Layout plans, Sections, Elevations, along with Detailed Working Drawings as per project requirements.
∎ Skills Required: AutoCAD, 3D Studio MAX, Sketch up, V-ray Render, Lumen, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe after effects and other relevant Software
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 3D Animation, 3D Design, Architectural Design, Graphic Designing 3D Visualization, 3D Model
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
∎ Strong project management skills.
