Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ If B.Sc. Architect then need 1 to 2 year of relevant experience and If Diploma Architect then need 2 to 4 year of relevant experience
∎ Expert in 3D Interior & Exterior.
∎ Expert in Floor Measurement.
∎ Expert in Rendering.
∎ Professional Skill in Auto Cad, Sketchup, and Lumion 3D Rendering.
∎ Knowledge of 3D Studio Max will be an additional advantage

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop concept and detailed design & drawing for both Interior and Exterior work·
∎ Drafting the drawings as required·
∎ Should have rich design experience and sufficient knowledge of raw material used·
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management·
∎ Coordinate with clients regarding design-related issues·
∎ Meeting and Design presentation to client if required·
