Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Architectural planning and preparing preliminary architectural drawings.
∎ Special interest and experience in interior and exterior work.
∎ Calculation of FAR, MGC, and Setback.
∎ Preparing sheets for RAJUK / other authorities.
∎ Clear concept on interior & and exterior drawing and designing and finishing material sourcing.
∎ Assisting the team in preparing other designs like residential and commercial buildings assigned to the company.
∎ Preparing detailed working drawings of interior and exterior designs of different types of buildings.
∎ Capable of preparing Details Measurement, Working Drawing, Interior Designing and Detailing of Layout plans, Sketch-Up, Sections, Elevations, Auto-CAD presentation Drafting, 2D preparation 3D visualization as per requirements of projects.
∎ Delivering drawings as per work schedule.
∎ Construction management in the field level.
∎ Site monitoring and supervision of architectural work as per design.
∎ Meeting with clients.
∎ Sound knowledge of graphics design for brochures, banners and other graphical work.
∎ Any other architectural design-related duties assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Computer knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project), Internet, 3d modeling software with render and graphics software.
∎ High-rise commercial building design, resorts, and hotel design with working experience in real estate / top-quality architectural firms will be given preference.
