Job Responsibilities:
∎ Architectural planning of Residential, Commercial Buildings also Steel Structure, Landscaping, City/ Town Plan.
∎ Calculation of FAR, MGC, Setback. Preparing sheet for RAJUK/ Other Authorities.
∎ Clear concept on Interior & Exterior drawing & design.
∎ Capability of modern and contemporary present world interior & exterior architectural trend.
∎ 3D visualization of Residential & Commercial Building.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Computer knowledge must include related software (3d Max, V-ray Rendering, Lumion, Sketch up etc).
∎ BOQ Preparation.
∎ Candidate should be well appearance and organized.
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
∎ Must have patience and competence to work under pressure.
