Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Architectural Drafting, Auto CAD Designing, Structural Designing, Visualization
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Architectural and Interior 2D & 3D Design Concept, Plan, Elevation and Section, with Detail Working drawing using Auto CAD, Sketch up, 3D Studio Max, Photoshop.
∎ Furniture, Electrical & Plumbing Layout drawing and Landscape Details Drawings.
∎ Visiting sites to gather information, and determine limitations and feasibility of designs.
∎ Prepare detailed working design & specifications from start to finish.
∎ Ensure deliverable progress, manage assigned scope and requested changes and meet deadlines.
∎ Develop the professional relationships with the customer by demonstrating and understanding their requirements to achieve the goal.
∎ Research & source materials according to the project type & budget.
∎ Any other Design related duties assigned by Principal Architect or Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Exceptional Understanding of Architectural Graphics and Drawing Ability.
∎ Candidate has to be an enthusiast of Architecture, Punctual and Dedicated.
∎ Ability in AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max/ Sketchup(V-Ray), Photoshop/Illustrator.
